Custom-Made Products All collars and custom items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
Manufacturing Defects If your product arrives with a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Damage Not Covered We stand behind our craftsmanship, but we are not responsible for damage resulting from:
- Chewing, biting, or destruction by your dog
- Improper use or misuse of the product
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Exposure to conditions beyond the product's intended use
Biothane is incredibly durable, but no gear is indestructible — especially against a determined chewer.
Non-Custom Items Unused, unaltered items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
